In our fast-paced world, the demands on our time increase weekly, and staying productive is about more than just doing more. It's about focusing your efforts on meaningful and sustainable goals. To explore this idea, young people from Armenia, Lithuania, Poland, Moldova, Hungary, and Greece gathered in Čiūrai, Lithuania, from September 2nd to 11th. The Armenian participants included Nare Nazaryan, Rebeka Mesropyan, Iness Shahazizyan, Artyom Hovhannisyan, Martin Hovsepyan, and Hamlet Petrosyan.

We held several workshops where we mastered various practical techniques that can help us increase the level of our productivity. Every evening, we had a reflection session, which gave us a structured space to discuss different topics and review the day's outcomes.

The vibrant part of the exchange was the outstanding cultural evening! The Armenian team proudly demonstrated not only Armenian cuisine but also our traditions by staging an entire traditional Armenian wedding. We not only shared our own traditions, dances, and cuisine but also learned a great deal about the cultures, songs, legends, and dances of all the other participating countries.

The visit to the local school was a highly memorable moment. Here, we had the chance to share our accumulated experience from the exchange and learn about new techniques and traditions directly from them.

The project proved to be highly useful and transformative for all participants. Beyond making many new friends, the exchange helped us acquire new, healthy habits while letting go of old, harmful ones. Specifically, we learned to manage our time more wisely, work effectively within our capabilities (understanding that overwork doesn't guarantee productivity), and make use of several powerful techniques for clearing our minds.
