🎯 AIM AND OBJECTIVES

The event will bring together 30 youth workers from Lithuania, Hungary, Spain, Armenia, Estonia, and Ukraine. Over the course of 8 days, we aim to foster each other’s personal growth through non-formal education and mindfulness.

The training course aims to strengthen youth workers’ emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, and conflict management skills. Through a combination of non-formal education and mindfulness practices, participants will develop greater self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication strategies. The program seeks to empower youth workers to manage stress, prevent burnout, and build supportive relationships with young people, ensuring their methods align with the evolving needs of modern youth.

Objectives:

1. Improve youth workers' self-awareness to help them better recognise and understand their own emotions;

2. Strengthen youth workers' self-regulation skills, enabling them to manage their emotional

reactions effectively in youth;

3. Foster social awareness and empathy in youth workers, enabling them to better understand and connect with the emotions of both their colleagues and the young people they support;

4. Improve relationship management skills, fostering stronger, more positive interpersonal relationships and communication;

5. Encourage continuous self-reflection and professional development among youth workers;

6. Create opportunities for youth workers to share experiences, best practices, and challenges in the field of youth work.
